Such a fun place to stay, really comfortable beds, lovely accommodations, and a unique setting, we loved swimming just down the canal in the bathhouse spot! So walkable to the local area, and was very memorable!

We had a great stay on the boat. Perfect location and great hosts
It was our first time on a houseboat. The pictures are very informative and honest. Of course, everything is a bit more spartan and cramped than in a house. I am almost 2 meters tall and it is a challenge, but it is doable. We were also out and about a lot. For two weeks, I think it would be too cramped for me (because of the height), but for a few days, it's absolutely OK. The deck is the most beautiful place to relax and enjoy the evening after arrival or after a full day of exploring. The location is ideal, and who lives so close to the water?
There were four of us on the boat. There is enough space available. The boat is centrally located, and you can easily explore the city. It's something special to live on the boat. There is a seaside swimming area nearby, plenty of options for coffee or restaurants, and smaller supermarkets. An ideal base.
We had a fantastic stay on the boat. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was excellent—close enough to walk to the main attractions while still feeling peaceful and unique. Waking up on the water was a real highlight and made for a memorable experience.
Communication with the host was easy, and check-in was straightforward. We'd happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different when visiting Copenhagen.
My family and I (2 adults + teenage daughter) had a fantastic time in Copenhagen and the Floating G.O.A.T. was perfect for us! The location was excellent base for exploring the city and it was so nice to come back to such a cozy and comfortable home. There are many cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The views from the ferry are gorgeous. We loved sitting outside and watching boats, bikes and people going by. And Kate is a very welcoming, responsive host. We truly loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering it.
Super central location. Still quiet, thanks to Copenhagen's bicycle traffic. Modern and functionally furnished cabins, beautiful views of the water and the passing ships and boats. A small deck for sitting in the evening sun. And an "official" bathing area barely 300 meters away. Kate was always friendly and very helpful. We liked the boat very much and have already recommended it to our friends.

The bedrooms are really comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is really central and we had great fun swimming in the Islands Brygge Harbour which is next to the boat.
This amazing property really added another special memory to our trip to Copenhagen - thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed the unique experience of staying on a house boat! The deck was the coolest thing to have after a long day out. Playing cards, having some wine and sodas relaxing on the deck was great. Varying levels of activity going by throughout the night was entertaining!

Perfect place to stay, a short walk to everything. Communication was excellent, from before check-in through our departure. Very comfortable for a family of 4 (with 2 teens). We loved sitting on deck each evening having a nightcap. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here with our two small children and had a fantastic time! It was incredibly centrally located, and staying on a boat was novel for all of us. Kate was super responsive and provided lots of recommendations. We’d recommend the ferry to anyone going to Copenhagen!
Cannot beat the location! Close to everything we wanted to do. Very charming boat and the beds so comfortable! Owners very, very nice and gave lots of support. Only thing to be aware of- if you are not solid on two feet, the lower apartment is probably not the best fit for you. The upper apartment likely better. Talk to the owners- they clearly care very much about guests having a good experience!!
Very nice stay on Kate's beautiful boat. The location is very convenient, and the boat is very well renovated with nice finishes. The terrace has a very good exposure. The sun is there early in the morning and late in the evening.
A perfect boat in the perfect place. In the middle of Copenhagen, and you can still relax wonderfully.

We had a fabulous time staying here for five nights in November and cannot recommend it enough. It was perfect for four adults. The boat is amazing - spotlessly clean with everything you need for your stay and very warm and cozy. It is really quiet even though it is in such a good location for all the sights as well places to eat and the bakeries! Thankyou Kate and Mark for all your help and advice. We would definitely like to return to Copenhagen sometime and we would 100% like to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay on Kate’s boat. The pictures don’t do it justice, there’s a lovely feel and finish, great attention to detail and well equipped. Our trip was in November and it was so nice coming back to the boat after a day’s sightseeing, with it being so warm, cozy and welcoming. Very comfortable beds. It was disappointing to come home and sleep in a bed on land again! Kate was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
We felt very comfortable. Kate and Mark were very nice. Had everything we needed. A lot can be reached on foot. Water bus and metro also quick to reach. It was really pleasantly quiet at night. You didn't feel any swaying, but you can tell that it's a bit crooked, but it doesn't bother you.
A few minor issues but the host responded and was there within minutes - great location - small but decent quality throughout
We had a fantastic time at Kates ferry apartment. Located directly in the City Center, quiet at night, wonderful views from the terrace and enough space for 4 adults. Kate was very friendly and supportive and enabled us the get last minute tickets for Ed Sheeran!

Everything about this place is magically perfect. It’s even better than the nice pictures. Super cozy, equipped with everything you need, super clean and a perfect location in the city. This is not only an accommodation, it’s an experience itself. Sitting on the terrace in the morning and the possibility of jumping into the water directly from the boat…. unbelievable. It was nice and clean and cozy.
In all the years of renting I think this spot has been one of the coolest places I have ever stayed! Kate was an amazing host - she even met us at the boat to make sure we got in safely. This boat is very walkable to everything you want to see in the city so please don’t be confused by maps when you are trying to decide to stay here. You are on a boat, but you cannot feel the movement and if weather persists you must make time to sit out on the deck!!! It’s a great place to people watch as bikers and walkers alike use the foot bridge right by the boat. You are right on the water - we had priceless views of the sunsets, boats going by, the city and yet it was so peaceful and quiet. I would stay here again and again. Do yourself a favor and snatch this rental up before it is booked!!
