Terms and conditions for companies

1. Booking and payment

The premises are considered booked once the rent has been paid in full.

2. Cancellation

If you cancel:

• Up to 2 months before the rental date: 80% of the rental fee will be refunded
• Up to 1 month before the rental date: 40% of the rental fee will be refunded
• Up to 14 days before the rental date: 20% of the rental fee will be refunded
• Less than 14 days before the rental date: no refund will be issued

3. Use of the premises

The premises may only be used for meetings, conferences, lunches, receptions, lectures, courses and similar events.

Parties are not permitted on the premises.

4. Time limit

All events must end by 23:00 at the latest.

5. Food and drinks

• You may bring your own food or use our catering partners.
• All drinks must be purchased through Floating G.O.A.T.
• A corkage fee applies if you bring your own wine.
• High-quality coffee and use of the coffee machine are included in the rental fee.

6. Tidying up and cleaning

The premises must be left tidy, including:

• All used tableware must be collected and placed on the designated trolley.

Cleaning is included in the rental fee.

7. Facilities

The rental includes:

• Use of the rented premises
• Access to a large kitchen with tableware and two toilets
• Cleaning
• Unlimited coffee and tea

When renting one room, the kitchen and toilet facilities are shared with any other renter.

When renting both rooms, you have exclusive access to the kitchen and toilets.

Toilet paper, tea towels, dishcloths and tableware are free to use.

8. Decoration and damages

The use of tape, drawing pins, sticky putty or similar materials on the walls is not permitted.

9. Disclaimer

Floating G.O.A.T. accepts no responsibility for belongings lost during the rental period.
