1. Booking and payment

The premises are considered booked once the rental fee has been paid at the time of booking.

For weekend events, a deposit of DKK 5,000 is required to confirm the booking.

2. Cancellation

  • If you cancel up to 6 months before the event, 10% of the rental fee will be charged.
  • If you cancel up to 3 months before the event, 50% of the rental fee will be charged.
  • If you cancel up to 2 months before the event, 100% of the rental fee will be charged.

3. Deposit

The deposit serves as security against:

  • Damage to furniture or other materials
  • Failure to tidy up
  • Breach of the rental terms

The deposit will not be retained for minor accidental damage, such as a broken glass.

The deposit will be refunded once the premises have been handed back and their condition has been approved.

If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, Floating G.O.A.T. reserves the right to claim compensation for the additional costs.

4. Age requirement

The renter must be at least 25 years old.

5. Type of event

  • Parties are not permitted on the premises.
  • Lunches and dinners for special occasions, such as confirmation celebrations and similar events, are permitted, provided they do not constitute parties. If you are unsure whether your event complies with these terms, please clarify this with us before booking.
  • Any breach of this rule will result in the event being terminated immediately and the deposit being retained.

6. Time limit

All events must end by 23:30 at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Food and drinks

  • You may bring your own food or choose catering from our partners.
  • All drinks, including beer and soft drinks, must be purchased through Floating G.O.A.T.
  • Floating G.O.A.T. also offers wine delivery.
  • A corkage fee applies if you bring your own wine. The fee is agreed individually for each event.
  • High-quality coffee and use of the coffee machine are included in the rental fee.

8. Returning the premises

The premises must be left tidy, including:

  • Clean tableware placed in the drawers
  • Kitchen counters cleared and surfaces wiped down
  • Tables cleared and left as they were upon arrival
  • Floors free of rubbish

Failure to tidy up and/or leaving dirty tableware will result in a deduction from the deposit.

9. Cleaning

Cleaning is included in the rental fee.

10. Facilities

The rental includes:

  • Use of the rented premises
  • A large kitchen with tableware and other essentials, as well as two toilets
  • Cleaning
  • Unlimited coffee and tea

When renting one room, the kitchen and toilets are shared with any other renter. When renting both rooms, you have exclusive access to these facilities.

Toilet paper, tea towels, dishcloths and tableware are free to use.

11. Decoration and damage

  • The use of tape, drawing pins, sticky putty or similar materials on the walls is not permitted.
  • Any damage or breach of this rule may result in a deduction from the deposit.

Floating G.O.A.T. accepts no responsibility for belongings lost during the event.
